Rachamankha hotel, 6 Rachamankha 9, Phra Singh | 053-904-1110 | www.rachamankha.com | 11am-10pm | $$$
By now just about everyone is familiar with the basics of Thai cuisine. Yet though it has been greatly inspired by adjacent cultures, neighbouring traditions are often overlooked. Not so at The Rachamankha’s restaurant, where not only Central and Northern Thai dishes are on offer, but so are closely-related Burmese and Shan (an ethno-linguistic relative of the Thai) recipes. The Rachamankha provides a rare and romantic opportunity to discover these under-represented traditions in a fine-dining format. Anyone with the slightest twinge of adventurous spirit should make sure to try one of the superb set menus, which offer a variety of delicacies from each of the three cultures. Three are offered: traditional, fish, and vegetarian, and feature such delights as Burmese tea leaf salad, Shan minced pork and lemongrass soup and Lanna beef curry. There’s no shame, of course, in ordering from the international side of the menu, and diners will be no less rewarded here. A number of tempting dishes are on offer, such as lamb curries with cinnamon and baked with raisins or braised beef rolls with shiitake mushroom sauce. Of course, no review of The Rachamankha would be incomplete without special mention of the architecture.
Inspired by Phra That Luang temple in Lampang, the meditative, monastic appeal of this small boutique hotel (and its restaurant) calms the heart entirely as much as the cuisine excites the senses.

Hello this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
